摘要
目的:探讨白藜芦醇联合齐多夫定对环孢菌素A所致的免疫抑制小鼠免疫重建功能的影响。方法:通过腹腔注射环孢菌素A建立小鼠免疫抑制模型。实验设白藜芦醇联合齐多夫定组(联合组)、白藜芦醇组、齐多夫定组、贞芪颗粒组、模型组、溶液组和空白组,灌胃1周后,观察小鼠脾脏、胸腺的脏器指数和病理变化;CD4+T、CD8+T细胞亚群比率及其比值。结果:1脏器指数:与空白组和溶液组比较,模型组胸腺指数下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,联合组和白藜芦醇组胸腺指数上升明显(P<0.01);2病理变化:与空白组和溶液组相比,模型组脾白髓质部分扩大,有较多的多核巨噬细胞;胸腺萎缩,皮质增厚,发生质变,联合组和白藜芦醇组改善明显;3T细胞亚群:与空白组和溶液组比较,模型组CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群比例及比值下降(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,联合组CD4+、CD8+T细胞亚群比例上调(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针对环孢菌素A所致的免疫抑制小鼠模型,联合组具有一定的免疫重建作用。
Objective: To investigate the immune reconstruction function effect of combination Resveratrol with AZT on the immunosuppressive mice caused by cyclosporine A. Methods: The immunosuppressive mice model is established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine A. The experiment is divided into combination group, Resveratrol group, AZT group, Zhen Qi group, model group, solution group, blank group. Observe the following target after one week: The weight index and pathological changes of the spleen and thymus; The detection of CD4^+T, CD8^+T lymphocyte subsets and ratio. Results: 1The weight index of thymus: Compared with blank group and control group, the thymus weight index of model group was decreased(P〈0.05). Compared with model group, the thymus weight index of combination group and Resveratrol group was increased apparently(P〈0.01). 2The pathological changes: Compared with blank group and solution group, the model group of spleen white medullary portion of enlarged and there has many multi-core macrophages; thymus atrophy and cortical thickening. Combination group and Resveratrol group were improved apparently. 3T lymphocyte subsets: Compared with blank group and solution group, the proportion of model group CD4^+, CD8^+T lymphocyte and ratio was decreased(P〈0.05). Compared with model group, CD4^+, CD8^+T lymphocyte of combination group was increased(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: Combination resveratrol with zidovudine has immune Reconstitution function on immunosuppressive mice model established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine A.
