摘要
目的观察新疆紫草水提部位对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法以腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CTX)制造小鼠免疫抑制模型,应用新疆紫草水提部位给小鼠连续灌胃15天,经流式细胞仪对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群进行测定,用血细胞分析仪测定血液学指标。结果新疆紫草水提部位能显著增加免疫低下小鼠的CD+3、CD+4T淋巴细胞的百分含量,增高CD+4/CD+8比值,降低CD+8T淋巴细胞的百分含量;同时提高血液中红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞计数和提高血红蛋白量、淋巴细胞百分比。结论新疆紫草水提部位可以有效地调节机体的兔疫功能。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the Immunomodulatory effects of water extracts from Arnebia euchro ma （Royal） Johnston （AE） on immune deficit mice.METHODS The immune deficit mice modal were induced with cyclophosphamide（CTX） by ip.The water extracts of AE were given to the mice by ig for 15 days continuously. T cell subsets were analyzed with flow cytometer. Haematologieal Indexes were analyzed with Hematology analyzer. RESULTS The water extracts of AE markedly reduced the number of CD3＋, CD1＋ T cell, CD4＋/CD8＋ratio, while those of CD8＋ T cells increased; Meanwhile, the number of RBC. WBC, LY.Hb, LY% ratio in creased. CONCLUSION The water extracts of AE can effectively improve the immunological function.
