摘要
[目的]探讨开放性骨盆骨折应用外固定架固定联合负压吸引的临床护理。[方法]选择本院收治的开放性骨盆骨折病人40例作为研究对象,均采取外固定架固定联合负压吸引治疗,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组根据病人自身情况以及外固定架固定特点相应采取护理措施以及针对病人心理、生理改变采取综合性护理措施,对照组采取常规护理措施,比较两组病人护理效果。[结果]观察组日常生活质量相关指标睡眠状况、精神状况、饮食情况、心理状况评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、满意度评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]外固定架固定联合负压吸引治疗开放性骨盆骨折效果较佳,采取包括针对性的护理措施在内的综合性护理有助于预后,促进病人机体恢复。
Objective：To probe into the clinical nursing of external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction applying for patients with open pelvic fracture.Methods：A total of 40 patients with open pelvic fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects and all were treated with external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random method,20 cases in each.The patients in observation group received the corresponding nursing measures according to their own condition and the characteristics of external fixator fixation,received the comprehensive nursing measures according to their psychological,physiological change,while the patients in control group received the routine nursing measures,then to compare the nursing effect of patients in two groups.Results：The patients＇ sleep status,mental status,diet,mental status scores of relevant indicators of daily quality of life were superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the patients＇ hospitalization time and satisfaction scores in observation group were superior to that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of external fixator fixation combined with vacuum suction is better for open pelvic fracture.It can contribute to prognosis and promote to recover patients＇ organism by taking the comprehensive nursing measures including the corresponding nursing measures.
