摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合护理对股骨干骨折患者生活质量的影响。方法:将70例股骨干骨折患者随机分为实验组和对照组各35例,对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在此基础上进行中西医结合护理干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、住院时间和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果:实验组中重度疼痛发生率明为20.00%,明显低于对照组42.86%;实验组住院时间(6.73±2.11)d,明显低于对照组(9.35±1.94)d;实验组对护理服务的满意度评分为(93.62±3.95)分,明显高于对照组(82.19±3.74)分。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:股骨干骨折患者实施中西医结合护理,可提高治疗效果和生活质量,优化护患关系。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the integrated nursing care with the methods of both TCM and Western medicine on the quality of life of the patients with fracture of femoral shaft. Methods： 70 patients with fracture of femoral shaft were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（ 35 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the integrated nursing intervention with the methods of both TCM and Western medicine was adopted in the experimental group based on the routine nursing care. The degree of postoperative pain of the patients,the time of hospitalization and patient＇s satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of moderate and severe pain of the patients was 20% in the experimental group and significantly lower than 42. 86% in the control group; the time of hospitalization was 6. 73 ± 2. 11 days in the experimental group and significantly shorter than 9. 35 ± 1. 94 days in the control group; the scores of patient＇s satisfaction with nursing service were 93. 62 ± 3. 95 points in the experimental group and significantly higher than 82. 19 ± 3. 74 points in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The integrated nursing care with the methods of both TCM and Western medicine for the patients with fracture of femoral shaft can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and their life quality and the relationship between nurses and patients as well.
