摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了烤烟(Nicotiana tabacum L.)对不同浓度外源砷吸收和累积特性的影响。结果表明,外源砷浓度增加到50 mg/kg时对烤烟干物质量的影响不显著,而增加到100 mg/kg时烤烟干物质量比对照降低了16.59%。烤烟不同部位砷的浓度变化规律为根(1.38-3.87 mg/kg)〉下部叶(0.80-2.18mg/kg)〉中部叶(0.55-1.21 mg/kg)〉茎(0.31-1.35 mg/kg)〉上部叶(0.61-0.96 mg/kg)〉芽(0.31-0.55 mg/kg)。砷不同部位分布比例规律为下部叶(25.07%-35.35%)〉茎(16.84%-26.64%)〉根(15.23%-25.88%)〉中部叶(11.84%-14.18%)〉上部叶(7.20%-12.08%)〉芽(3.22%-6.53%)。提高外源砷的浓度可以增加下部叶和茎部砷的累积。随着外源砷浓度的增加烤烟富集系数逐渐降低,而转移系数却呈现出先降低后增加的变化趋势。 Pot experiment was conducted to study the arsenic absorption and accumulation of flue-cured tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.). The results showed that there was no significant difference of dry matter of flue-cured tobacco with the arsenic concentration less than 50 mg / kg. The dry matter decreased by 16.59% compared with control when it was treated with 100 mg / kg arsenic. The sequence of arsenic concentrations on different flue-cured tobacco parts was in the order of roots(1.38-3.87 mg / kg) 〉lower leaf(0.80-2.18 mg / kg).〉 middle leaf(0.55-1.21 mg / kg) 〉stem(0.31-1.35 mg / kg)〉 upper leaf(0.61-0.96 mg / kg) 〉bud(0.31-0.55 mg / kg). Arsenic distribution ratios on different flue-cured tobacco parts was in the order of lower leaf(25.07%-35.35%)〉stem(16.84%-26.64%)〉roots(15.23%-25.88%) 〉middle leaf(11.84%-14.18%) 〉upper leaf(7.20%-12.08%) 〉bud(3.22%-6.53%). The increased arsenic concentration increased arsenic accumulation in lower leaf and stem part of flue-cured tobacco. As the arsenic concentration increased, the accumulation factor of flue-cured tobacco had a gradual reducing trend. The translocation factor decreased firstly and then increased.
