摘要
为了科学管控蒸汽系统,提升蒸汽效率,需要对蒸汽的使用情况进行准确的测量与统计分析,通过安装新型蒸汽流量计,运用无线传输技术,建立了蒸汽流量采集系统。设计了上位机能源管理软件,对蒸汽管网运行状况进行监控,并开展统计分析、形成报表。应用表明:系统运行稳定、数据传输可靠,为公司的能源管理提供了实时可靠的数据支持,有利于蒸汽使用的管控,促进节能降耗。
To manage and control steam consumption scientifically and to improve steam efficiency, it is required to measure and analyze the steam consumption accurately and statistically. Steam-flow acquisition system is established by installing new steam flow meter and using wireless transmission technology. Upper PC energy management software is designed. The running state of steam pipe network is monitored. The statistical analysis is conducted and reports are generated. The application results indicate the system runs stably and data transmission is reliable, which provides real-time and reliable data support for company's energy management. The system benefits control of steam consumption and promotes energy saving and consumption decreasing.
