一种基于导波的油罐外贴液位开关检测方法

摘要 油罐液位是油库管理工作中的重要控制参数,本文利用油罐内的油液能够吸收油罐罐壁中导波传播能量的原理,提出了一种基于导波检测信号能量变化率的油罐外贴液位开关检测方法。通过实验研究得出:30,35和50 kHz中心频率的导波对液位检测比较灵敏;针对本文的实验设置,设定液位判断阈值为1.1081;最后通过实验验证了该方法的有效性。本文为油罐外贴液位开关技术研究提供了一种方法,并为后续研究基于导波的油罐液位测量提供了一种思路。 Oil tank level is an important control parameter in oil depot management.Based on the principle that the oil in the oil tank can absorb the guided wave propagation energy in the tank wall,this paper proposes a detection method of oil tank external liquid level switch based on the energy change rate of guided wave detection signal.The experimental results show that the guided wave with the center frequencies of 30,35 and 50 kHz are sensitive to liquid level detection.According to the experimental setup,the liquid level judgment threshold is set to 1.1081.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments.The research of this paper provides a method for the research of oil tank external liquid level switch technology,and provides an idea for the research of oil tank liquid level measurement based on guided wave.
