摘要
在石化及热电装置中,汽轮机运行及控制方面存在的问题主要集中在数字电液控制系统(DEH)、疏水系统设计以及抽汽系统的控制方式上。阐述了汽轮机系统控制的一些关键点,通过调节汽轮机本体高压调节阀、主汽阀、抽汽调节阀来控制进汽抽汽量,调节汽轮机负荷使其平稳运行。针对控制方式和设计提出了一些建议,以提高汽轮机运行的稳定性,延长使用寿命。
In petrochemical and thermoelectric plant, the problems on steam turbine running and process control are concentrated on digital electric hydraulic control system (DEH), design on drainage system and control mode of extraction steam system. Some key points on control system for steam turbine are expounded. The steam turbine is made to run stably by adjusting steam turbine reality septum valve, stop valve, extraction control valve to control admission extraction flow of steam and adjust its load. Some suggestions focusing on control mode and design are put forward to improve stability of steam turbine operation and to prolong service life.
