摘要 空调压缩机壳体多数使用卷板等离子焊接的壳体,其中冲孔工序中是以壳体焊缝最高点作为定位基准。在使用机器人等无人化自动化加工时,需要设备自动实现准确和快捷的实现焊缝定位。生产中由于工件的材质、加工的设备的不同会导致焊缝的产生变化,普通的测量壳体表面高度或检测颜色的方法无法实现工件的可靠检测。经多次摸索和实践,最后选用磁栅尺作为测量壳体外径的位移传感器,通过检测位移数值的变化量来准确定位焊缝,使得焊缝定位的准确率达到99.9%,完全满足生产需要。 Air conditioning compressors are mostly shells adopting roll plasma welding, where the punching process uses the highest point of the shell welding seam as the positioning reference. In the unmanned automatic processing using robots or other means, the equipment has to automatically realize accurate and quick positioning of the welding seam. As different work piece materials and machining equipment may cause changes in the welding seam, reliable work piece inspection can not be achieved through ordinary measurement of shell surface height or check of color. After repeated exploration and practice, the magnetic railing ruler is used as the displacement sensor for the measurement of shell outer diameter, and the welding seam is positioned accurately by checking variation of displacement, so that the seam positioning accuracy may reach 99.9% to the full satisfaction of production demand.
