摘要
目的将品管圈应用于脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)训练,以提高患者ADL训练的有效率。方法成立品管圈小组,针对康复医学科脑卒中患者ADL训练有效率低的情况,运用品管圈手法进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定并实施,观察活动前后脑卒中患者ADL训练的有效率。结果通过开展品管圈活动,脑卒中患者ADL训练有效率由活动前的42.67%(32/75)提高到活动后的67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.439,P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动能提高脑卒中患者ADL训练的有效率,提升团队凝聚力,规范专科护士培训内容,丰富了专科护理内涵。
Objective To put into the application of quality control circle（QCC） in the ADL training process for cerebral stroke patients to raise the ADL training efficiency. Methods Based on the low efficiency in ADL training of cerebral stroke patients in the department of rehabilitation medicine,the QCC team was established and implemented the measurements such as grasping of current condition,objective setting,analysis of essential factors,countermeasure protocol. It was observed the effective rate of ADL training of cerebral stroke patients. Results It was established ADL team. The ADL training efficiency of cerebral stroke patients was significantly raised from 42.67%（32/75） to 67.50%（27/40）,the difference had statistical significance（χ^2=6.439,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The correct application of QCC is helpful for improving ADL training efficiency,strengthening the cohesion of team work,standarding the training content for nurses,playing a positive role in enriching the significance of nursing specialties.
