摘要
针对煤矿井下排水系统使用防水闸门存在不能密封及突水时不能关闭的问题,提出了煤矿抗灾潜水泵自动控制系统设计方案。该系统采用PLC作为控制器,通过高压配电柜、软启动柜、电动阀门配电柜和各种传感器等实现了抗灾潜水泵的自动控制。实际应用结果验证了系统的有效性。
In view of problem that water dam cannot be sealed and cannot be closed while water burst occurs existed in underground drainage system,the paper proposed design scheme of automatic control system for anti-disaster submersible pump of coal mine.The system uses PLC as controller,and achieves automatic control of anti-disaster submersible pump through high-voltage power distribution cabinets,soft start cabinets,electrically operated valve distribution cabinets and various sensors.Practical application results show the effectiveness of the system.
