摘要
针对HXN3型内燃机车出现的司机室振动较大问题,展开司机室隔振结构隔振性能分析。通过进行HXN3机车司机室振动试验,明确柴油机-发电机组作为振源的激励特性和振动传递特性。建立将司机室视为弹性体的多维度隔振结构动力学模型,计算该多维度(multi-dimension)隔振结构关键位置的频率响应函数。进一步分析HXN3机车司机室隔振结构对于柴油机-发电机组高频激励的隔离效果。
Here, the vibration-isolation performance analysis of a HXN3 diesel locomotive cab isolation system was performed to solve the cab excessive vibration problem. A test was conducted to investigate the vibration of the HXN3 diesel locomotivecab. A multi-dimension cab vibration-isolation dynamic model was established considering the cab as an elastic body, and its vibration frequency response functions at several key positions were calculated. The vibration- isolation effects of the cab isolation system under the high-frequency excitations of the locomotive diesel-generator group were further analyzed.
