摘要
对双盘转子-滑动轴承系统的动力学响应进行数值分析,给出滑动轴承油膜的力传递率曲线。油膜涡动会导致油膜的力传递率显著增大,轴承长径比、轴承间隙、润滑油粘度以及转子不平衡量对其力传递率有重要影响。
Dynamic response of dual-disk rotor-journal bearing system is numerically analyzed and force transmission curves of oil film in journal bearing are presented.The results show that force transmissibility increase greatly when oil whirl happens.Bearing length to diameter rate,bearing clearance,oil viscosity and rotor unbalance have important effect on force transmissibility of oil film.
