摘要
针对喀喇沁草原水泥有限责任公司4500t/d熟料水泥生产线协同工业尾矿处理及配套9MW纯低温余热发电项目的场地地质条件、施工条件等,采用强夯法和强夯置换法对地基土及较厚回填土地基进行处理。简要介绍了该项目的地基情况和建(构)物地基处理方案;详细介绍了强夯法和强夯置换法处理地基的作用原理、施工工艺及试验检测过程。结果表明:该项目采用强夯法和强夯置换法处理地基是正确可行的,处理后的地基承载力特征值和地基压缩模量均有显著提高。
Aiming at the geological condition and construction condition of Harqin Grassland Cement Limited 4 500 t/d cement clinker production line coprocessing industrial tailings and its 9 MW pure low temperature waste heat power generation project, dynamic com- paction and dynamic compaction replacement method were adopted to deal with the foundation soil and thick backfill foundation. The foundation condition and building(structure) foundation treatment scheme of the project were introduced in brief, and the working prin- ciple, construction technology and testing process of the two methods were introduced in detail. The results show that it is correct and feasible to adopt dynamic compaction and dynamic compaction replacement technique in the project and the bearing capacity charac- teristic value and modulus of compressibility of the treated foundation increased obviously.
