摘要
目的:观察越鞠升降汤对老年抑郁症躯体症状及心理障碍的影响。方法:将80例老年抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组给予越鞠升降汤治疗,对照组给予西酞普兰治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率90%,两组总有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗4周、6周后治疗组HAMD积分优于对照组(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组焦虑/躯体化因子积分比显著下降,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:越鞠升降汤治疗老年抑郁症疗效良好,长期疗效佳,能更好的改善躯体症状、心理障碍,不良反应少。
Objective： To observe the influence of Yueju Shengjiang Decoction on somatic symptoms and psychological disorders of senile melancholia. Methods： 80 patients with senile melancholia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were givens Yueju Shengjiang Decoction for oral administration,while the ones in the control group were treated with Citalopram. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,while that of the control group was 90%. And there was no significant difference between them（ P〉0. 05）; After 4weeks and 6 weeks＇ treatment,HAMD score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yueju Shengjiang Decoction has long-term good effects on senile melancholia in improving somatic symptoms and psychological disorders with few side-effects.
