摘要
针对某建筑的使用功能改变,为满足建筑功能的使用要求,对在局部楼板上增设墙体或隔断的情况进行了分析,并根据楼板跨度比、最短板跨、加载位置、板厚等因素,预判了楼板受力,探讨了线荷载布置的事前控制及控制后期加固成本,为甲方提供最优的改造方案。
According to the use function change of a building,in order to meet the use requirements of building function,analyzed adding wall or partition in local floor slab,according to the floor span ratio,the shortest span board,loading location,plate thickness and other factors,made anticipation to floor force,discussed the pre-control of line load arrangement and the reinforcement cost of control post period,provided optimal program transformation for the party.
