摘要 介绍某个锻造及热处理车间内挂料架的设计过程,挂料架总高19.1m,单个挂料件重1800kN。采用三维框架结构体系建模并用SATWE计算软件进行结构整体分析。通过在结构布置、分析计算和构造措施等方面的有效处理,使结构有效地承载竖向力及承担可能出现的水平推力,整体结构设计满足规范要求。 Introduce the design process of the hanging rack in forging and heat treatment workshop. hanging rack total height19.1m, weight 1 800kN single hanging materials. The modeling is done by three-dimensional frame structure and analysis is finished by SATWE software. The effective ways which include array of structure, analytical calculation and structural measures make the whole frame effective bearing vertical force and horizontal thrust that may occur, the overall structure of the design meet the requirements of specification.
