乙醛脱氢酶1在浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨乙醛脱氢酶1(aldehyde dehydrog enase 1,ALDH1)在浸润性乳腺癌患者中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测浸润性乳腺癌组织(n=100)及正常乳腺组织(n=10)中ALDH1的表达情况;收集乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料,分析ALDH1表达情况与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征、预后的关系。结果:100例浸润性乳腺癌组织中ALDH1的阳性表达率为59%,显著高于正常乳腺组织(χ2=4.130,P=0.042),乳腺癌中ALDH1的表达与肿瘤分级、激素受体状况、分子分型显著相关(P<0.05);生存分析结果显示:ALDH1-组乳腺癌患者5年生存率较ALDH1+组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.350,P=0.032);单因素分析发现临床分期、淋巴结转移情况、ALDH1与患者5年生存率之间存在关联,并具有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX回归模型显示:ALDH1、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期是影响乳腺癌患者生存的独立预后因素。结论:低分化、激素受体阴性乳腺癌组织高表达ALDH1;ALDH1阳性表达的乳腺癌患者预后较差,ALDH1可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的指标。
