摘要
研究了动车组车顶受电弓支撑绝缘子紫外线老化特性。通过搭建人工紫外线老化试验平台分别对受电弓用有机复合绝缘子和环氧树脂绝缘子进行强紫外线老化试验研究。研究结果表明,紫外线老化对有机复合绝缘子的憎水性影响不大,但会导致环氧树脂绝缘子憎水性部分丧失;此外,试验前后绝缘子的泄漏电流均变化不明显。
The artificial ultraviolet aging characteristic of train-set pantograph is mainly studied. In this study, the composite insulator and epoxy resin insulator were tested under the artificial strong ultraviolet respectively through establishing artificial ultraviolet aging test platform. The analysis results show that the ultraviolet aging has little effect on the hydrophobicity of composite insulator, but will results in the part loss of the epoxy resin insulator hydrophobicity. In addition, the insulator leakage current changes are not obvious before and after the test.
