摘要
利用Ansys软件建立了高压开关设备用矩形槽O形密封圈模型,对该O形密封圈的变形和应力分布状况进行了数值模拟分析,研究了其工作时的受力、变形及密封效果。对该O形密封圈在不同压缩率、不同充气压力下的内应力及密封面接触应力分布进行了探讨,确定了仅考虑应力作用下O形密封圈材料容易失效的位置,并得出充气压力在1.6 MPa以下时O形密封圈没有被挤入上、下法兰间隙。
In order to know deformation and sealing effect of O-ring with rectangular groove leakproof structure in high voltage switchgear,methods set up model for O-ring with rectangular groove leakproof structure in high voltage switchgear by ANSYS software, then the mechanical condition and deformation of the O-ring are analyzed numerically. Investigate stress and contact stress distribution of O-ring with rectangular groove in different compression rate and different gas pressure. The position where the material of O-ring is easy to fail under stress is determined, and it is concluded that the O-ring is not be squeezed into gap between top and bottom flange when the inflation pressure is below 1.6 MPa. The results can provide reference for design of O-ring with rectangular groove leakproof structure in high voltage switchgear.
