钴掺杂蒙脱土改性材料的制备及吸附机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以蒙脱土为基质,利用离子交换法合成了具有优良吸附性能的钴掺杂蒙脱土改性材料。采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和孔径比表面分析(BET)对复合材料进行表征,并对其吸附机理及性能做了探讨和测试。结果表明,离子交换法成功地将钴掺杂到蒙脱土的层间;复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附机理在一定浓度范围内均满足Freundlich和Langmuir吸附模型;钴的掺杂量为5%(质量分数)时复合材料的性能达到最佳,此时复合材料的比表面积达到176.38 m2/g,其吸附量达到0.399 8 mmol/g。 Co-doped montmorillonite composites with excellent adsorption performance were synthesized by ion exchange method with montmorillonite as basic material.Composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron diffraction spectrum (EDS), FT-IR, and nitrogen adsorption (BET) techniques.The adsorption mechanism and performance of the com- posites were discussed and tested.The experiment results indicated that the cobalt was doped into the interlayers of montmo- rillonite successfully.The adsorption mechanism of composites accorded with Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption models in appropriate methylene blue (MB) concentration.When the mass fraction of cobalt was 5%, he performance of composites was the best,and the specific surface areas and adsorbance of composites reached 176.38 m2/g and 0.399 8 mmol/g, respectively.
