摘要
以硅酸钠为硅源、氯化钴为钴源、表面活性剂Brij56为模板,水热合成得到一系列Co掺杂介孔氧化硅(Co-MS),采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段表征了合成样品的结构和性质。合成过程中,一定量的Co(II)离子的存在可以有效增加介孔氧化硅的比表面积,并一定程度地增大有序介孔的孔径,表明钴盐的加入对介孔结构起盐效应。从Co-MS的UV-Vis分析可以看出,在其骨架中只含有Co(II)。
Co-modified mesoporous silica(Co-MS) with different Co content was hydrothermally synthesized by using sodium silicate as silica source,cobalt chloride as Co source and surfactant Brij56 as structure-directing agent,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption-desorption,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible adsorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The surface area of Co-MS was increased with the Co-doping,as well as the enlargement of the size of ordered mesopores,indicating the salt effect of cobalt chloride,which was helpful to obtain highly ordered mesoporous materials.UV-Vis spectra verified that only Co(II) ions existed in the framework of Co-MS.
