摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)在感染性糖尿病足患者血清中的水平及其与感染的关系,以降低感染发生率。方法选择2010年1月-2013年12月54例糖尿病足患者为研究对象;选择32例无糖尿病足的糖尿病患者为疾病对照组,选择健康者56名为健康对照组;检测受试者血清IL-17、IL-6水平,并对血清IL-17、IL-6水平与年龄、病程、糖尿病足感染、糖尿病足分级、体质量指数进行相关性分析。结果糖尿病足组患者血清IL-17、IL-6水平高于未感染患者、疾病对照组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同糖尿病足分级之间血清IL-17、IL-6水平差异有统计学意义,随着糖尿病足分级的增加,血清IL-17、IL-6水平均呈上升趋势,且3组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清IL-17、IL-6水平与糖尿病足感染、糖尿病足分级均呈正相关(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平与血清IL-6水平呈正相关(r=0.328,P=0.022)。结论 IL-17、IL-6在感染性糖尿病足患者血清中呈现高表达,IL-17、IL-6与糖尿病足发生感染及感染性糖尿病足的病情进展密切相关。
OBJECTIVE To study expression of serum IL-17,IL-6in patients with infectious diabetic foot and the relationship with diabetic foot infection so as to decrease the infection rate.METHODS Totally 54 cases of diabetic foot patients during the period of Jan.2010 to Dec.2013 were selected as the research subjects.The 54 patients with diabetic foot were divided into infection group(32cases)and non-infection group(22cases)according to the presence of foot infection.The 32 cases of diabetic patients without diabetic foot were set as the disease control group and another 56 cases of healthy subjects as the healthy control group.All subjects were detected for serum IL-17,IL-6levels.The correlation was analyzed between serum IL-17,IL-6levels and age,course of disease,diabetic foot infection,diabetes foot grading,and body mass index.RESULTS The serum IL-6,IL-17 levels were higher in the diabetic foot group than the patients without infections in the two control groups,the difference was significant(P〈0.01).There were significant differences in the level of serum IL-17,IL-6between patients of each grade of diabetic foot.With the increase of the grade of diabetic foot,serum IL-17,IL-6levels were increased,and the pairwise comparison among the three groups were significant(P〈0.01).IL-17,IL-6levels and diabetic foot infection,grading of diabetic foot were positively correlated(P〈0.05),and the serum IL-17 level was positively correlated with the serum IL-6level(r=0.328,P=0.022).CONCLUSION There is high expression of IL-17 and IL-6in sera of patients with infectious diabetic foot.IL-17 and IL-6are closely related to diabetic foot infection and disease progression of infectious diabetic foot.
