摘要
为提高科技资源的共享效率,企业建设科技资源共享平台已成为必然选择。结合国家电网公司内外部环境,分析了共享平台建立的必要性;对平台需求进行分析和阐述,明确了平台的建设目标;最后对平台进行了详细设计,包括平台总体框架结构、功能模块及数据接口等,可以为国家电网公司科技资源共享平台的设计与建设提供依据与支持。
With the popularity of the concept of scientific and technological（sci-tech） resource sharing, it is an inevitable choice for the State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC） to design and establish a reasonable and effective sci-tech resource sharing platform. Combining with the SGCC＇s internal and external environment, this paper firstly analyzes the necessity of the establishment of the sci-tech resource sharing platform. Then it analyzes and summarizes the requirements of the sharing platform, and sets the platform construction target. Finally, this paper further studies the platform design content in detail, including the general framework structure, the function modules and the data interfaces. The study can provide basis and support for SGCC＇s sci-tech resource sharing platform construction.
