摘要
对浙江高教园区高校实验室资源开放共享率的调查数据表明高校实验室开放以及资源共享率较低。本文对此问题进行了深入分析与探索,提出"敲开"实验室大门等变革方案,以高效率使用实验资源,为培养创造性人才提供充分的保证。
The investigation of college laboratories in higher education zone in Zhejiang province shows the low open-sharing rate of labs and low resource-sharing rate, which have caused bad effects on creative talents training. This paper thus analyzes and studies the problem and puts forward some suggestions such as trying to open the gate of the laboratory so to employ the resources in laboratories more efficiently and provide full support for cultivating innovative talents.
