张家港市加强基层兽医体系建设,组建乡镇兽医服务站(企业性质的社会化服务组织),在官方兽医机构的委托下,从事动物免疫注射、动物诊疗等兽医社会化服务工作。通过统一规范、强化监督、行业自律、政府扶持等措施,确保了动物防疫、检疫工作的规范开展。
Township veterinary service stations were established to strengthen the grass-roots veterinary system in Zhangjiagang city. Entrusted by the official veterinary organs, the township veterinary service stations were engaged in veterinary social services, such as animal immunization and treatment. By unifying regulations, strengthening supervision, self-regulation and government support, the animal epidemic prevention and quarantine work were carried out normally.
