摘要 研究不同含量Al、Ni的AlxFe Cr Co Ni(1-x)(x=0.2,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.8)多主元高熵合金的组织结构及其对摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随着x的增加,合金的组织结构由单一的fcc相逐渐转变为单一的bcc相,合金的硬度和磨损性能也随之提高。这主要是因为合金的高熵效应抑制了金属间化合物的形成,从而形成简单的固溶体结构。 A serial of AlxFeCrCoNi(1-x) high entropy alloys with different A1 and Ni content were investigated. The phase, microstructure and wear properties of the samples were studied. The results show that the phase is simple, and the structure changes from fee phase into bcc phase with x increasing. The hardness and wear-resistant increase, which can attribute to the effect of high entropy of mixing to restrain the formation of intermetallic compounds, so the simple solution phase appears.
