摘要
文章研究螺旋桨气动噪声对飞机舱内噪声的影响,综合应用计算流体动力学和声学软件对螺旋桨飞机的舱内噪声进行建模和仿真分析。首先应用ICEM对螺旋桨划分网格,应用Fluent计算螺旋桨叶片表面压力分布,将计算结果导入Virtual Lab中用于模拟螺旋桨噪声源;然后应用Hypermesh建立机体结构有限元和声学有限元模型,将其导入Virtual Lab中计算机体模态和舱内声学响应。最后对螺旋桨飞机的舱内噪声进行了简要分析。
This paper presents a co-simulation with CFD and LMS Virtual Lab in the noise analysis of cabin. The aim is to research the influence of the propeller aerodynamic noise on the cabin noise. It creates the propeller CFD model by ICEM software, computes the pressure of blade by fluent software, and transfers the data to LMS Virtual Lab to calculate the fan source. Then, it builds the structural and sound mesh model of the cabin based on the hyper mesh, imports the structure and sound model into LMS Virtual Lab to analyze the mode. Finally, it calculates the acoustic pressure response.
