摘要 国防制造业是国防工业中的核心能力之一,尽管在国家的大力支持下,国防制造业取得了突飞猛进的进步,但仍然面临着诸多共性加工工艺方面的技术难题。其中,加工变形与控制一直是航空、航天、兵器和船舶等国防制造领域的共性瓶颈问题,已严重制约了国防制造业的发展。本文重点论述了变形控制技术的国内外发展趋势和军工制造对变形控制技术的需求重点,探讨了在变形控制技术推广方面,发挥行业推广平台和技术中心的重要性,提出了通过政府引导和技术集成的方式,促进变形控制技术的推广应用。 Defense manufacturing is the core competence of defense industry,which still faces a lot of common processing technology problems while having made great progress with the strong state support.Among those key technical fields of defense manufacturing,machining deformation control technology is always the common bottleneck technical problem in aerospace,aviation,ordnance and shipbuilding industry,which has seriously restricted the development of defense manufacturing.This paper mainly discusses the development trend of domestic and abroad and the technical demand from the defense manufacturing of machining deformation control technology,and the importance of the technical promotion platform and technical center in the defense industry for the development of this technology,and put forward that strengthening government guide and technology integration are needed to accelerate the promotion of this technology.
