摘要
当前全球癌症的发病率和病死率均很高,因患有恶性肿瘤对社会、家庭、个人所带来的经济负担日益加剧,也使癌症患者的整体生活质量下降。国际上对癌症患者自我效能和生活质量关系的研究日益增多,而我国对此的研究还较少。本文总结了国外癌症患者自我效能和生活质量关系的研究现状,以加强我国在护理工作中对癌症患者自我效能的重视,并指出目前尚未有适合我国癌症患者的自我效能评价工具,因此还需要进一步开发适合我国文化的癌症患者自我效能评价工具来探索多病种的自我效能护理干预模式。
The morbidity and mortality of cancer are both very high in the world,causing increasing intensifying economic burden on society,family and individual and impaired life quality of the patients. Researches on the relationship of self-efficacy and the quality of cancer patients＇ lives abroad are increasing day by day,but this kind of researches are relatively less in our country. Therefore,the article has a brief literature review of the research status of the relationship between cancer patients＇ self- efficacy and life quality abroad,so as to lead us to pay more attention to cancer patients＇ self- efficacy in the nursing work in our country. And points out that there has not been suitable for cancer patients in China＇s self- efficacy evaluation tool,therefore also need to further develop self- efficacy nursing intervention model evaluation tool China＇s culture and self- efficacy in patients with cancer to explore multi disease.
