樟芝提取物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 樟芝是台湾特有的珍稀药用真菌,具有抗癌、抗炎、抗病毒等多种功效。为了考察液体发酵樟芝菌丝体水提取物和乙醇提取物对单纯性疱疹病毒II型的抑制作用,本文采用MTT法测定樟芝提取物对细胞的毒性和对病毒的抑制作用。试验结果表明樟芝水提取物和乙醇提取物对Vero细胞有微弱毒性,但是1.5mg/mL的乙醇提取物和2.5mg/mL的水提取物对细胞基本无毒性,二者对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型均有抑制作用,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.30mg/mL和1.32mg/mL。樟芝水提取物和乙醇提取物在体外对单纯疱疹病毒均有显著的抑制作用。 Antrodia camphorata is a precious medicinal mushroom of Taiwan,which was used as a traditional medicine for the protection of diverse health-related conditions and treatment of food and drug intoxications,diarrhea,abdominal,hepertension,liver cancer and skin itching. In order to test the effects of A. camphorata extracts on HSV-2,MTT method was applied to evaluate cell toxicity and then the HIV-2 suppression in vitro was analyzed. Both 1. 5 mg / mL ethanol extract and 2. 5 mg / mL water extract showed low toxicity for Vero cells and inhibited HSV-2 adhesion and replication with IC50 value of 0. 30 mg / mL and 1. 32 mg / mL,respectively. All of the results demonstrated that the extracts of A. Camphorata showed significantly suppressive effects against HSV type Ⅱ.
