摘要
主要观察了延胡索种子的形态特征,测定了种子千粒重、含水量和吸水率,并对其萌发抑制物、休眠特性及贮藏特性进行了检验。结果表明:延胡索种子吸胀时间较长,种皮透水性不良;种胚存在休眠,且种子内含有抑制物,能够抑制白菜种子萌发和幼苗的生长,尤其是对白菜幼苗根的生长抑制作用显著;3种贮藏方式中,沙藏的延胡索种子活力最高,是较佳的贮藏方式。研究延胡索的种子生物学特性,可以为野生延胡索的引种栽培以及园林应用提供一定的基础资料。
This article mainly observed morphological characteristics of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds,tested the seeds thousand-grain weight,water content and water absorption,and its inhibition of germination,dormancy characteristics,and the storage characteristics were tested too.Results showed that Corydalis yanhusuo seeds imbibed for a long period,and poor skin permeability;The embryo of seed dormancy,and its seed contained inhibitor,inhibited the germination of seeds and the growth of Brassica campestris seedlings,the inhibition of root growth especially notable; In the Three storage modes,the Corydalis yanhusuo seeds reserved mixed with the wet sands had highest vigor,was the preferred storage method.Study on biological characteristics of Corydalis yanhusuo seeds,could provide some basis information for the introduction and cultivation and the further application in landscape.
