摘要
目的探究三仙消积平痛方治疗乳食积滞型功能性腹痛的疗效。方法选择河北中医学院第一附属医院儿科门诊2018年1—6月就诊的乳食积滞型功能性腹痛患儿60例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例予三仙消积平痛方加减口服,对照组30例予金双歧片口服。2组均治疗5 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计2组患儿疗效,记录2组患儿腹痛缓解时间及治愈时间,比较2组患儿治疗前后中医症状(腹痛发作次数、持续时间、腹部胀满程度、纳呆、恶心呕吐、大便异常及舌苔异常)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组总有效率为63.3%(19/30),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组腹痛缓解时间及治愈时间均明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后各项中医症状评分及总分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项中医症状评分和总分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论自拟三仙消积平痛方治疗乳食积滞型功能性腹痛患儿临床疗效确切,可明显改善腹痛症状,促进患儿病情恢复。
Objective It is to explore the therapeutic effect of Sanxian Xiaoji Pingtong Decoction on functional abdominal pain of milk and food stagnation type.Methods 60 children with functional abdominal pain of milk and food stagnation type treated in Pediatrics Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June in 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30)was treated with Sanxian Xiaoji Pingtong Decoction,the control group(n=30)was treated with Golden Bifidobacterium tablet.Both groups were treated for 5 days which as a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated in the two groups,abdominal pain relief time and cure time were recorded,and the scores of traditional Chinese medical scores(episodes times and duration of abdominal pain,degree of abdominal fullness,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,abnormal stools and abnormal tongue coating)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%(29/30),which was significant higher than that 63.3%(19/30)of the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time and the cure time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each symptoms of TCM and total scores were significantly decreased after treatment compared with before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the score of each symptom and total scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Sanxian Xiaoji Pingtong Decoction has a definite clinical effect on functional abdominal pain of milk and food stagnation type,which can obviously improve the symptoms of abdominal pain and promote the recovery of children’s condition.
