摘要
对贵州省农民工职业教育培训政策实施情况的实地调查数据发现:现行农民工教育培训政策的实施虽已取得显著成效,但与政策预期仍存在较大差距,且农民工教育培训的组织体系、教学体系、保障体系对其均具有显著影响。为保障和提升农民工职业教育培训政策的实施效果,可通过规范组织体系、优化教学体系、加强物质保障等"三位一体"共同推进的方式实现。
The data based on field survey in Guizhou Province shows that： although the effect of the current implementation of the education and training policy of migrant workers has achieved remarkable results, there is still a wide gap between policy expectation. Moreover, the organization system, education system and security system of vocational education and training of migrant workers all have significant influence on the implementation effects of policies. Therefore, in order to enhance the effects of vocational education and training for rural labors, it should regulate the organization sysstem, optimize teaching sysstem and strengthen material assurance.
