摘要
从教学方法、课程内容、师资力量以及实践能力培养方面探究了在卓越计划背景下电气工程专业创新型人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出采用项目驱动教学法、优化人才培养体系、提升教材质量、提高教师工程应用能力、在教学中引入仿真技术、以设计性实验为主等重要举措,给出了创新型人才培养的途径。
Innovative talents with creative spirit and ability of talents. This paper researches the existing problems of the innovative talents training process on the aspects of training process, teaching method, course content, teaching staff and practice ability training under outstanding program, proposes the important measures as the pro- ject- driven teaching method, optimizing the personnel training system, enhance the teaching material content, improve the teachers＇ ability in engineering application, introduced simulation technology to the teaching process, taking the experiment design as main, etc.. , gives way to the cultivation of innovative talents
