摘要
"精英计划"旨在为德国高校和科研机构注入经费,力图增强大学的科研实力,并提升德国高校的国际地位。文章在"精英计划"的目的,内容及评选办法,以及我国"985项目"描述中,从中分析了"精英计划"对我国"985工程"的可资借鉴之处。
The aims of ＂The Excellance Initiative＂ are to provide funds for science and research institutes in German universities and to improve the standing of German universities and research institutions, thereby making a significant research in Germany, improving its intemational competitiveness. From its inspirations to ＂985 project＂ of our eountry, several propogals are put forward.
