摘要
通过对高校学院图书馆馆员现状进行研究,阐述了馆员的素质,提出了诸多教育和培训方法及激励机制,以提高图书馆员综合素质,达到适应院图书馆发展要求。
Through the analysis on the current situation of librarians in university library, this paper introduced librarians’quality, and presented many teaching and training methods and incentive mechanisms, so as to improve librarians’comprehensive quality and meet the development need of library.
