摘要
"六费"管理监督是江汉油田党委推出的一项反腐倡廉建设的新举措,是规范职务消费的要求,是加强党员干部作风建设的实际需要。目前,"六费"管理监督主要存在着使用标准不够明晰,会计科目执行不够规范,以及考核监管不够严格等主要问题。要加强"六费"管理监督必须做到以下3点:一是要完善内控制度;二是要狠抓监督检查;三是要严惩违规行为。
Strengthening management and supervision on six items of official spending is a new measure taken by Jianghan Oilfield Party Committee to combat corruption and uphold integrity and the demand for standardizing official spending and intensifying work style construction in Party members and officials.There are some problems in official spending including lacking clear criteria,lacking specification for implementing accounting subject and lacking strict assessment and supervision.To remove these problems requires improving internal control system,strengthening supervision and inspection and penalizing illegal behavior.
