心型脂肪酸结合蛋白与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉硬化的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法根据颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检测情况选取2型糖尿病患者100例,其中颈动脉正常患者50例,颈动脉粥样硬化50例,检测所有对象血中H-FABP水平及其他血脂生化指标。结果颈动脉粥样硬化组的患者血H—FABP水平显著高于颈动脉正常患者[分别为(23.70±3.56),(8.85±3.81)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论H—FABP水平与糖尿病患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the heart-type fatty acid-binding protein ( H-FABP ) and the atherosclerosis .Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were detected by color Doppler with intimal-media thickness ( IMT ) measurement. Then, patients were divided into carotid artery atherosclerosis group ( n=50 ) and control group ( n=50 ) according to IMT . The levels of H-FABP in plasma were measured Results Serum H-FABP levels were significantly higher in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis than in control subjects ( 23.70 ± 3.56 VS 8.85 ± 3.81 ng/ml ) . There were statistically significant differences between patients in carotid artery atherosclerosis group and control subjects. Conelusion There would be a close correlation between H-FABP level and atherusclerosis
