摘要
基于某型双转子涡扇发动机高压转、静子在工作中发生的碰摩现象,通过碰摩消除前后的整机振动响应对比,总结了高压转、静子碰摩的典型振动特征,结合碰摩特点及相关振动理论研究,建立了高压压气机转、静子碰摩模型,应用龙格库塔(Rung-Kutta)法求解模型特定转速下碰摩位置振动响应的频谱图。计算与试验结果表明:双转子结构发动机发生转、静子碰摩时靠近碰摩位置的机匣振动响应会出现次谐波、高次谐波和组合谐波成分,且随碰摩接触面积的增加而增加。
Based on the mbbing phenomenon occurs in the process of high pressure rotor-stator for a twin spool turbofan engine, the contrast response of engine vibration was analyzed before and after rubbing elimination. A typical vibration characteristic of high pressure rotor-stator rubbing was summarized. The rotor-stator rubbing model of high pressure compressor was built based on rubbing characteristics and relative vibration theory. The model under certain rotation spectrum of vibration response for friction touch position was solved by Runge Kutta method. The calculation and experimental results show that the rubbing location of dual-rotor engine near the casing vibration response will be harmonic, high harmonic and harmonic components, which increases with the rubbing contact area.
