大豆植株中类黄酮对大豆胞囊线虫的毒杀效果及机理研究 被引量:7

摘要 于2013年采用索氏提取法对大豆植株中类黄酮物质进行了提取,通过外源添加法研究了不同大豆品种对大豆胞囊线虫抗氧化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,抗、感品种类黄酮粗提物对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化、J2幼虫均有一定的抑制作用。处理48h,抗病品种根类黄酮提取物对卵孵化的抑制率明显高于感病品种;抗病品种根类黄酮提取物对J2的校正死亡率比感病品种明显降低;抗、感品种根类黄酮提取物对线虫体内的谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)活性的影响差异不大,但明显大于其茎叶提取物;抗、感品种根内类黄酮提取物对过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性抑制作用差异明显,且感病品种根内类黄酮提取物对线虫体内CAT活性的影响明显大于抗病品种。 In this study, the flavonoids in soybean plant were extracted by the Soxhlet and the effect of the soy- bean flavonoids extraction on Heterodera glycines Ichinohe were studied. The results showed : Flavonoids extracted from different varieties could effectively inhibit Heterodera glycines eggs to hatch and kill J2. After treating 48h, the inhibiting rate of the resistant root extraction on the hatchability of cysts was higher than that in the susceptible cuhivar. The revised mortality of the resistant root flavonoids extraction on J2 decreased constrast with the suscep- tible cuhivar. The difference of inhibiting effect on CAT between the resistant and the susceptible cultivar fla- vonoids extraction was not significant, but they were significant between their flavonoids extraction in stem and leaf. The inhibiting effect of the susceptible cuhivar root flavonoids extraction on GST was higher than that of the resistant cultivar significantly.
