摘要
针对某平台150 t海洋修井机井架存在腐蚀严重、承载能力下降较大的问题,结合海洋平台的加工环境,制订了充分利用井架剩余寿命同时又要具有较好经济性的井架加固总原则。通过测量井架杆件的几何参数,采用有限元软件分析了井架现有承载能力与危险位置,在此基础上通过比较3种加固方案,提出了在危险位置加固井架上、下体前主腿和左右对称加固下体前主腿的方案。加固后的井架在某海洋平台已正式投入使用,并完成了2口井的修井作业,作业过程中处理过管柱解卡等复杂作业,最大钩载达到1 100 k N,未出现异常,表现良好。
Considering severe corrosion and significant reduction in bearing capability of the 150 t offshore workover rig on a platform and based on the manufacturing conditions of the offshore platform, general principles for reinforcement of the derrick have been clarified, which integrate both the remaining service life of the derrick and the economical efficiency. By measuring geometric parameters of poles on the derrick, and using finite element software to identify current bearing capability and existing hazards on the derrick, this paper proposed a reinforce- ment solution to strengthen upper and lower legs in hazardous positions and lower front legs symmetrically after com- paring 3 options. The reinforced derrick has been used for workover in 2 wells on an offshore platform. During these operations, the derrick was used in removing stuck pipe strings and other complex conditions, with maximum hook load up to 1 100 kN. Generally, the derrick has been well performed without abnormal conditions.
