大直径套铣管连接处结构设计及强度分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有套铣管螺纹连接结构不能满足雄安新区油井工况需求的问题,设计了一种能够满足大直径大扭矩的套铣管专用螺纹(HSTX特殊螺纹)。该特殊螺纹牙型结构采用单台肩螺纹连接方式,其中螺纹采用每英寸3牙的粗牙设计,螺纹锥度为1∶12,螺纹承载面角为3°,导向面角为30°;通过平滑设计,使倒角与轴线成60°,减小了应力集中,大大增强了接头抗疲劳性能。建立了HSTX特殊螺纹有限元模型,详细地分析了拉伸、压缩、扭转以及极限工况下套铣管螺纹受力情况。研究结果表明:随拉伸载荷增加,HSTX特殊螺纹最大接触应力出现在第2扣承载面处,存在疲劳失效风险,在拉伸载荷达到9 000 kN时,套铣管连接处螺纹开始出现塑性贯通失效;当压缩载荷达到5 000 kN时,螺纹接头依然未失效,且该螺纹的最大抗扭强度为223.6kN·m。HSTX特殊螺纹接头连接强度和抗扭强度均可以满足雄安新区套铣作业要求。 To address the problem that the current casing milling pipe thread connection structure cannot meet the needs of milling operation in Xiong’an New District,a special thread for casing milling pipe(HSTX special thread)to address large diameter and high torque is designed.This special thread profile structure adopts a single shoulder thread connection method.The thread has a coarse design of 3 teeth per inch,with the thread taper of1∶12,the thread bearing surface angle of 3°,and the guide surface angle of 30°.Through smoothness design,the chamfer is made 60°with the axis,which reduces the stress concentration and greatly enhances the fatigue resistance of the joint.The finite element model of the HSTX special thread is established to analyze the force of casing milling pipe thread under tension,compression,torsion and extreme conditions in detail.The research results show that as the tensile load increases,the maximum contact stress of the HSTX special thread appears at the bearing surface of the second buckle,presenting a risk of fatigue failure.When the tensile load reaches 9000 kN,the thread at the casing milling pipe connection begins to undergo plastic penetration failure.The thread joint is not failed when the compression load reaches 5000 k N,and the maximum torsional strength of the thread is 223.6 kN·m.The connection strength and torsion strength of the HSTX special thread joints can meet the requirements of milling operations in Xiong’an New District.
