间质蛋白Periostin促进肿瘤侵袭迁移机制研究

摘要 肿瘤研究中,间质蛋白在肿瘤发生发展中起重要作用。Periostin作为间质蛋白一员,与肿瘤发生发展关系密切。本综述对Periostin在多种肿瘤中具体作用、Periostin就结构本身改变肿瘤微环境原理以及Periostin影响EMT具体机制进行详细论述,为进一步研究Periostin与肿瘤关系提供前提。
