摘要
近年来口腔种植技术发展迅速,由于其无需损伤邻牙且功能和美学效果好,越来越被广大缺牙患者所接受,种植牙已经成为一种重要的缺牙修复方式。然而在临床工作中,糖尿病患者种植的失败率一直较高,存在高风险性,其中以Ⅱ型糖尿病最为常见,是研究的重点。目前,Ⅱ型糖尿病影响种植体骨结合的具体机制尚不清楚,因素多而复杂,该文就其相关研究作一综述。
With the rapid development of dental implantology, implant prosthesis has become a very important way to restore the missed teeth because it does not damage adjacent teeth and has good esthetic appearance and function. While in the clinical cases, the implant failure rate of diabetic patients was higher than normal people and diabetic patients＇implantation existed more risk. The major of these diabetes mellitus was type 2 diabetes mellitus. Therefore, type 2 diabetes mellitus is the key point of research . At present, the mechanism of type 2 diabetes mellitus affect osseointegration aroud implants was unknown. The influencing factors were numerous and complicated. Consequently, this review summarized all the research progress on this topic.
