摘要
聋生普遍存在动力型学习障碍,本文结合相关心理理论内涵与标准,采用行动研究方法,通过对一名聋生的成功教育案例,探讨动力型学习障碍孩子的辅导方法。实践证明:通过培养孩子情绪调适技能,发现孩子学习偏好,改善校园环境,可以减轻孩子负面心理,消除孩子学习倦怠情绪,提高孩子学习适应性。
Most hearing disabled students are less motivated to learn. The present study employed the Coach method to investigate a successful case to address this problem. Strategies included enhancing children's affective adjustment ability, discovering their learning preferences, and improving their learning environment by means of reducing their negative affective elements, eliminating their learning tiredness, and promoting their adjustment.
