摘要
[目的]了解三级甲等综合医院护士肺结核防护知识现状。[方法]采用肺结核防护知识问卷对衡阳市某三级甲等综合性医院153名护士进行调查,分析护士肺结核防护知识水平及其影响因素。[结果]153名护士肺结核防护知识总得分为(17.74±2.69)分,答对率为69.84%;传播途径得分最高(5.27分±1.06分),药物控制得分最低(3.46分±1.05分);高职称、高职务、高学历、护龄长和参加系统全面的肺结核防护知识培训的护士得分较高。[结论]综合医院护士肺结核防护知识处于中等水平,医院应加强对低年资、低学历护士肺结核防护知识的培训。
Objective：To know about the status quo of protection knowledge of nurses in a three grade A compre- hensive hospital on pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： A toatol of 153 nurses in a three grade A comprehensive hospital in Hengyang city were investigated by using pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge questionnaire, and to analyze the pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge level of nurses and its influencing factors. Results：The total score of tuberculosis protection knowledge in a total of 153 nurses was （17.74±2.69）, and the correct answer rate was 69.84%;transmission route had the highest score （5.27±1.06） ,drug control had the lowest score （3.46 ± 1.05）. Nurses with high titles, high positions, highly educated, long care age and to participating in system atic and overall tuberculosis protection knowledge training scored higher. Conclusion： The pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge of nurses in general hospitals was in the middle level. The hospital should strengthen the pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge training for nurses with low seniority and low eduction background.
