摘要
葛洲坝电站利用机组水轮机改造增容的契机,对6台机组的原主轴密封结构进行改造换型,将原来的双层橡胶平板式结构改造为自补偿性轴向端面式结构,使用该结构是根据国内外大、中型电站机组的主轴密封设计和运行情况综合评估的结果。改造完成后,总体运行良好,提高了机组运行的可靠性与稳定性。
During the capacity expansion upgrading of hydro-turbine units in Gezhouba Hydropower Station, the shaft seal structures in 6 units are also upgraded from the original double rubber plate type to a self-compensated axial end-plane type.This type of seal structure is widely adopted in the design of large to medium size units worldwide.Also, the actual operation of such structure is evaluated.Practice shows that the hydro-turbine units operate well after the renova-tion, and the reliability and stability are improved.
