摘要
针对水轮机主轴密封采用传统的接触式密封存在的不足之处,分析了非接触式水轮机主轴密封的原理及结构特点,提出一种新型的叶片式水力机密封结构及其设计方法,并运用于实际水电站的改造,取得了很好的效果。
Aiming at the shortcoming of traditional contacting seal for principal axis of hydraulic turbine, the principles and structural features of non-contacting seal for the hydraulic turbine principal axis were analyzed. A new seal structure of vane hydraulic turbine was proposed, which was applied in the practical hydraulic power station's modification and better efficiency, was achieved.
