摘要
为进一步明确东北地区季节性冻融条件下,三灰稳定碎石混合料的工程特性,本文在保留二灰稳定碎石优良性能的前提之下,通过正交试验设计确定三灰(石灰、粉煤灰、水泥)稳定碎石中各材料用量。以7d无侧限抗压强度为目标,进行了无侧限抗压强度试验,并在进行了方差与极差分析的条件下,应用MATLAB的BP模糊神经网络方法进行了强度预测,在强度满足要求的条件下,进行了配合比优选,确定了石灰:粉煤灰:碎石为6∶12∶82,同时外掺2%水泥的合理配合比,并按照正交配合比配制混合料,进行无侧限抗压强度和冻融循环等试验,试验证明合理配比的三灰稳定碎石对应用于东北季冻区路面基层具有优越的性能及重要的现实意义。
To further clarify the engineering properties of cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam mixture under the condition of seasonal freeze-thaw in northeast China,the dosage of lime,fly ash and cement in stabilized macadam material was designed by using orthogonal test design under the premise of retaining the excellent properties of lime-ash stabilized macadam. The compressive strength was tested with the goal of 7 d unconfined compressive strength and the analysis of variance and range analysis were conducted. MATLAB BP fuzzy neural network method was used to predict the strength. The optimal mixture ratio of lime: fly ash: gravel was determined as 6: 12: 82,which can meet the strength requirements. At the same time 2% additional cement was blended into the material,and according to the orthogonal mixture mixing ratio,unconfined compressive strength and freeze-thaw cycle test were conducted,which indicated that reasonable proportioning cement-lime-flyash stabilized macadam had superior performance for the pavement base in the northeast cold area and has important practical significance.
